On the 10th of December TUXtra launched the pilot episode for a live cooking show with a local chef from The Baker Street Kitchen, who taught us how to make home cooked mince pies. Over at Teesside University we also explored the cheapest ingredients for a home cooked Christmas dinner and asked the audience the all-important question; home-made or store bought?
